First, and most importantly, I want you to know that I strive to provide excellent customer service. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! I believe that a happy customer is a returning customer and a referring one as well. So you – each and every one of you – are very important to me!

Unfortunately, and I do s-t-r-e-s-s unfortunately, there are dishonest people out there who will purchase a boutique item and want to return it:

AFTER THE PARTY IS OVER

AFTER THE PHOTO SHOOT IS OVER

WHEN BUYERS REMORSE SETTLES IN

ETC……

And they will use every excuse in the book, (except for the honest truth), as to why they need to return the item. And this type of dishonesty can really hurt a small business owner like me. I have to pay for the materials up front, and take time away from my family to make them. I absolutely LOVE doing what I do….but not for free. We all work hard and make sacrifices for our money, and should be compensated for such. We all have value.

So remember, all I ask from you is that when you receive your merchandise from me, inspect it, make sure it fits, make sure its what you wanted, make sure it meets your expectations, make sure it was made to order as you requested, etc. (whatever applies to you), and if there is a problem, notify me within 24 hours.

There are no money back refunds on custom made to order items, what so ever. If I have made an error on a custom made item, I will work with you to provide a solution to correct the problem. I have never had this happen, but we are all human, and that means that there is always a possibility for error.

If you have a special request, and need an item by a specific date, you need to notify me beforehand, and get the date approved by me, so that we can avoid any disappointments due to a time sensitive item. Typically, custom orders take 2 weeks to make if I have all the materials on hand or readily available. If I need to special order materials, it can take 2-3 weeks, just to get those materials in. Then you still have to factor in the time to make it. There is ALOT of love & work that goes into each and every item.
